We have a deep desire for students to connect, share life and form relationships that are deeply rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ. In an effort to integrate middle and high school students into our ministry model, we offer Community Groups specifically purposed for 6th-12th graders.
Community Groups are smaller communities -- within our congregation -- of diverse, imperfect people who are committed to living out the implications of the gospel in every sphere of life. Another way of saying it is that our Community Groups are designed to facilitate gospel transformation in our lives, by the power of the Holy Spirit, as we establish a culture of relational authenticity and transparency.
Our CrossPointe Student Community Groups consist of 6th-12th graders who meet weekly to pray and discuss the implications of the gospel for everyday living at this specific stage of life. The best way for middle and high school students to get connected at CrossPointe is to join a CrossPointe Student Community Group.
- Join us for a Student Community group in August.
We also believe that out of all of our community groups should flow a heart for people who are far from God. Our student ministry is no different. By partnering with Young Life, we believe that we are providing a pathway for Christian teens to engage their friends by inviting them to attend Young Life Club. It is through these school-specific club meetings that many teens hear and respond to the gospel for the first time. We want to be a part of that! We want to also provide a pathway to the local church by building relational bridges from Club to CrossPointe.
